After 23 years of learning and exceling in operations, leasing, sales, investments, and
pre-development consulting on retail, warehouse, industrial and office properties nationwide, it was time to create a company that brought together Edward’s expertise and experience to partner with and work with investors and companies to build solid commercial real estate assets, portfolios and developments. Edward’s experience spans small family office portfolios, work with foreign investors, and large portfolios for private equity and publicly traded companies.
So far Edward has experience in 25+ cities including east and west coasts, operations in over 7 million SF and in transactions totaling over $500 million of contract value ($4 Billion in estimated market value).
Edward enjoys time with family, golf, tennis, skiing and serving in his community.
Dr. Randy Conover
Co-Founder
Dr. Randy Conover is the Co-Founder of Ozark Commercial Real Estate and Development. A Major in the U.S. Army Medical Corp and a former Medical Director, Dr. Conover brings deep, specialized knowledge to commercial real estate. Having owned his own private practice and worked with large institutional hospital investors and rural clinics, he uniquely understands how to integrate your recruiting and building needs to achieve maximum operational success.
Randy has spent over 25 years caring for others as a Family Physician and educator. He looks forward to gathering a team of Realtors who find joy in serving others. He also prioritizes training and building confidence through guided assistance and support.
Randy’s love of service for others carries into everything he does. He’s a devoted husband, father of 5 children and an active volunteer in both his church and community. Randy enjoys the outdoors, playing golf and cheering on his alma mater BYU Cougars.
